Support Widget

Support requests that live in email threads and Slack DMs get lost. The support widget gives your users a structured way to reach you, and routes everything into Orcha where it gets tracked like any other work.

The widget renders as an iframe you embed on your site or app. It provides three things:

  • Contact form — users describe their issue, and the submission creates a ticket in Orcha automatically
  • Documentation search — surfaces relevant help articles before they submit, which can deflect common questions
  • Screenshot upload — users can attach a screenshot for context, so you spend less time asking “what did you see?”

Every submission creates a ticket in Orcha, tagged with the source widget. From there it follows your normal triage flow, prioritize it, assign it, and let the scheduler fit it into your timeline.
