Notifications

Most notification systems default to telling you everything. Every comment, every status change, every ticket created anywhere in the system. The result is predictable: people mute notifications entirely, and then they miss the things that actually matter.

Orcha takes the opposite approach. Notifications reach exactly who needs to know, and no one else.

How it works

Orcha supports web push notifications and an in-app notification bell. Changes that affect you, a ticket you own moved back to dev, a dependency you’re waiting on was completed, someone mentioned you in a comment, generate a notification. Changes that don’t affect you stay silent.

Notifications persist in the bell so you can catch up at your own pace. Nothing disappears before you’ve seen it, and nothing shows up that isn’t relevant to your work.
